Legal notice
RE: The Boring (but Important) Ownership Stuff
Listen up, legends. While we love a good proxy for testing decks at the kitchen table,
the legal eagles say we have to be crystal clear about who owns what on this site. This
is the official "don't touch our stuff without asking" notice.
1. Our Loot (Copyright)
Everything you see here—the website layout, the fancy custom graphics, our logo, and
the way we’ve cleverly worded these descriptions—is the property of Geeks TCG. It’s
protected by Australian and International copyright laws. Copying our site design is like
trying to use a counterfeit Black Lotus in a pro-tour: you’re going to get caught, and it’s
going to be embarrassing for everyone involved.
2. Their Loot (Third-Party Trademarks)
We sell products from legendary games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-
Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and One Piece.
For the record:
We aren't Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, or Disney. (We wish we had
their budget, though).
All character names, game titles, and logos are trademarks of their respective
owners.
We use these names only to identify the cool stuff we’re selling you. No "passing
off" or sneaky business here.
Attention: If you use our images or content for your own commercial gain without
a written "thumbs up" from us, we’ll be forced to send a very polite (but very firm)
legal raven to your doorstep.
3. Website Accuracy
We try to keep our data as sharp as a fresh katana. However, we don't guarantee that
the card descriptions, images, or "market insights" are 100% error-free. If we list a card
as "Mint" and a stray speck of Aussie dust gets on it, we'll fix the mistake, but we aren't
liable for any emotional damage caused by a misprint on our end.
4. Governing Law
This notice is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you want to take us to
court (please don't, it's expensive), you'll have to do it in the fine state of Victoria. We
suggest we just settle any beef over a game of Commander or a coffee instead.
Geeks TCG is a registered business in Australia. ABN provided upon request by relevant authorities.

Go home, the legal notice is over. Go buy some cards.
