Shipping policy

G'day! You’ve pulled the trigger on some fresh loot. Now you want to know when it’s
arriving. Here is how we handle the logistics of getting your shiny cardboard from our
vault to your doorstep.

Processing Speed (The Casting Time)

We aim to get all orders out the door within 1 business days.

 If a new set just dropped and the shop is absolute chaos, give us an extra 24 hours to find our way out of the sea of bubble wrap.

We don't ship on weekends or public holidays because even geeks need to sleep (and play in local tournaments).

Packing Style (The Armor Class)

We take packing seriously. Singles are sleeved and top-loaded (or placed in
semi-rigids), then sandwhiched between cardboard so the postie doesn't accidentally fold your rare alt-art into a paper crane. Sealed boxes are bubble-
wrapped like they're going to war. Cards over $39.00 are sent in a Palms off gaming one touch. 

Shipping Rates & Tiers

Standard Quest: Flat rate shipping via Australia Post. Reliable, gets the job done.

Express Portal: For when you absolutely need those cards before Friday Night
Magic. It's faster, but the wizards at AusPost charge us more for the mana.
International Raids: No INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SORRY! 

A Note on Tracking: Once we hand your package to the courier and send you
that tracking number, the "Invisibility Cloak" is off. If the tracking says "Delivered"
but your parcel is missing, check behind the bins or ask your neighbor, Baz. If it’s
truly lost in the void, we’ll do our best to help you hunt it down with the courier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If you send your order to your ex’s house
because you didn't update your Shopify profile, we can't go over there and get it back
for you. If a parcel is "Returned to Sender" because of an address error, you’ll have to
pay the shipping fee again to have it re-sent.
